About Avenue Q
In 2003, Avenue Q opened on Broadway. The musical pays homage to Sesame Street, and stars a combination of puppets and human actors. Nevertheless, unlike the famous children's program, Avenue Q contains adult content such as racism, sexuality, and pornography. In 2007, the show began a North American tour that ends in May of 2009. A parody, the play features funny songs such as "I Wish I Could Go Back to College", "My Girlfriend, Who Lives in Canada", and "The Money Song".
